SwissAtlas does not work with mass-market hotels. SwissAtlas does not work with public healthcare institutions.
SwissAtlas operates as a coordination and referral platform between international travelers and selected partners. We pre-qualify requests. After qualification, suitable requests are referred directly to partners in writing.
SwissAtlas operates on a success-based referral model. There is no cost unless a stay or treatment effectively takes place. Compensation is discussed only once a concrete case exists.
Collaboration with SwissAtlas starts with written alignment only, followed by one test referral. There is no contractual commitment at the initial stage. No calls are required.

SwissAtlas acts exclusively as a coordination and referral platform. Services are provided directly by independent third-party partners.

Submit your request only if relevant documentation is available, cross-border coordination is required, and institutional clinical independence is fully accepted.
